Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints
Operator: BrightMinds Digital Marketing Corporation. We respect intellectual-property rights. If you believe content on BM-i Studio infringes your rights, you or your authorized agent can send a notice to ip@bm-i-suite.com including:
- your name and contact details;
- the work, trademark or other right you say is infringed;
- exactly where the material is (for example a link or description);
- evidence that you own the right or are authorized to act for the owner;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We may ask for more information, notify the user concerned, restrict or remove the material, preserve evidence, and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send a counter-notice to ip@bm-i-suite.com with your identity, where the material was, why your use is lawful, supporting evidence, and your signature.
False claims or counter-notices may create legal liability. This procedure follows Philippine intellectual-property law and does not mean we accept that any foreign notice-and-takedown law applies.
