Acceptable Use Policy
This policy is part of the Terms of Service. Operator: BrightMinds Digital Marketing Corporation. You may not use BM-i Studio to:
- violate the law, court orders, sanctions, or privacy, publicity, consumer-protection or intellectual-property rights;
- create or distribute child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, or sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance, reported to authorities where the law requires;
- create, request, upload or distribute pornography or any sexually explicit, NSFW or sexually suggestive content of any kind — including such imagery, video or audio of any person or AI-generated character, real or synthetic. BM-i Studio is a business marketing tool and refuses adult content categorically, whatever the intended audience;
- impersonate anyone, deceive, or create a misleading synthetic identity, likeness or voice without authority and appropriate disclosure;
- facilitate fraud, scams, phishing, credential theft, malware, unlawful surveillance or evasion of safeguards;
- threaten, harass, exploit, or incite violence or hatred against people or protected groups;
- generate materially deceptive political, health, financial or commercial claims, including fake reviews or testimonials presented as genuine, without required review and disclosure;
- send spam or unlawful marketing, scrape without authority, or break the rules of connected platforms;
- upload confidential, personal or biometric information without a lawful basis and the required notices and consents;
- infringe copyright, trademark, patent, trade-secret or other rights;
- get around usage, credit, rate, moderation or security controls; share or resell accounts or credits; probe for vulnerabilities without our written authorization; or overload the Service;
- use the Service or its output to train or build a competing model, product or dataset; or
- present AI output as verified professional advice or guaranteed fact.
How this is checked
Every prompt sent for image or video generation is checked automatically before anything is made. A prompt that breaks these rules is refused, nothing is generated, and no credits are used. Refusals are recorded. Editing a picture you already have — removing a background, erasing part of it, changing its size — is not generation and is not checked in this way.
What we may do
We may take proportionate action, including blocking a request, removing content, limiting publishing, suspending an integration or account, preserving evidence, and reporting imminent harm or unlawful conduct when required.
Reporting abuse
To report content made or shared with BM-i Studio that breaks these rules — including a page shared by link, or someone using your likeness, voice or work without permission — email support@bm-i-suite.com with the link or workspace name and what you saw. Shared pages also carry a “Report this page” link. Reports of child sexual abuse material are handled first and passed to the authorities. Copyright notices go to the copyright process.

Unless urgent action or the law prevents it, we tell you about the action and how to appeal. Send appeals to legal@bm-i-suite.com with your workspace name and what you would like us to review.
