AI and Generated Content Terms
These terms supplement the Terms of Service. Operator: BrightMinds Digital Marketing Corporation.
- AI systems. BM-i Studio is our own product. Its writing, image, video and voice features are built on AI models provided by third parties, which we select, combine and operate on your behalf. We do not publish which providers we use, and they may change as better ones become available. What we commit to is the result you get and the rules on this page.
- Your rights in output. You keep your rights in your inputs. Subject to law and third-party terms, Operator assigns to you any rights it may have in output created for you. This is not a promise that output can be protected by copyright or is unique, exclusive, non-infringing or registrable.
- Similar output. Similar or identical output may be produced for others. We do not carry out trademark, copyright, advertising or factual clearance.
- Your review. You are responsible for human review, claims, disclosures, permissions, platform compliance and publishing. Do not make high-impact or regulated decisions based only on output.
- People's faces and voices. You must have express, documented authority before using custom characters or avatars, a real person's face or likeness, voice cloning, or any feature that could impersonate someone. Do not remove AI or synthetic-media disclosures that the law or a platform requires.
- Safety. Every prompt you send for image or video generation is checked automatically before it goes anywhere, and anything that breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy is refused. A refused prompt costs nothing and is recorded. Safety controls do not replace your judgment.
- Failures. Generations may fail, vary or be delayed. Credits are handled under the Billing and Credits Terms.
- Automation. Scheduled and autonomous generation follows the approval mode you choose. We may pause a run for safety, insufficient credits, a provider outage or connected-platform restrictions.
- Training and Astrid. Your private content is not used to train or fine-tune AI models without your separate opt-in. Astrid personalizes results inside your workspace using your brand information, feedback and, where you allow it, approved posts; this stays in your workspace and you control it in the Brand Kit. See the Privacy Policy.
- Confidential systems. You may not extract prompts, model weights, routing logic, evaluation methods or other confidential parts of the Service, or use the Service or its output at scale to build a competing model or service, except where non-waivable law permits.
